Flow is more than movement, and sequencing is more than the order of poses.
This workshop will highlight how intentional sequencing can honor yoga's roots and invite students beyond the physical practice, creating awareness in a way that is both fun and meaningful.
We'll explore the foundations of intelligent sequencing, new transitions, and creative movement. Learn how to use the entire mat with intention, and create classes that feel balanced, engaging, and uniquely your own.
You'll leave with a practical framework for building original sequences, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to create classes that keep students engaged while inviting them into a deeper experience of yoga

Twists + Binds Workshop
We’ll build from intentional prep and foundational actions into seated and standing binds, breaking down shapes like Bird of Paradise, Bound Half Moon, and more to help you understand what makes these shapes work in your body. No need to already “have” a bind. Come ready to explore, experiment, and find what works for you.

Yin Yoga Beyond the Shapes
27-hour continuing education immersion exploring the foundations, practice, sequencing and modern application of yin yoga for teachers.
We will explore traditional yin postures, nervous system considerations, practice teaching, sequencing, cuing and distinctions between yin and restorative practices through experiential learning and practice teaching.
