This space exists to offer a welcoming place for movement, curiosity, and community. Through yoga, breath, and shared practice, we create opportunities to slow down, explore, and reconnect with ourselves and one another. We value accessibility, authenticity, and inclusivity, offering practices that support strength, mobility, awareness, and moments of joy along the way.

Community Agreement

This is a shared space. We practice with respect for ourselves, one another, and the environment around us. We honor different bodies, experiences, and ways of moving, and we invite curiosity in to practice.

Yoga belongs to everyone. Modifications, rest, and different expressions of a pose are always welcome here. Please practice in a way that supports your body and your experience.

Morning Flow

Start your day with a steady, energizing flow that awakens the body and mind. This class blends mindful movement, breath, and accessible strength-building sequences to help you feel grounded and ready for the day ahead. Expect a balanced practice with options for all levels.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket Yoga is an energizing vinyasa flow inspired by the Ashtanga tradition that links breath with movement. The sequence may include opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions. Variations are offered throughout so you can move at your own pace and approach the practice with curiosity, strength, and a sense of fun.

Dynamic Flow

Dynamic Flow is an energetic vinyasa class that emphasizes strength, creative transitions, and exploration within familiar poses. Expect opportunities to play with arm balances, inversions, and variations while moving with breath. This class is accessible to many levels with options to challenge yourself when you’re ready.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow invites you to move with intention and awareness through a slower paced vinyasa practice. With more time in each shape, this class focuses on mobility, breath, and mindful transitions that support nervous system regulation. A great option for those looking to slow down while still moving and strengthening the body.
