Attend your inner sacred sanctuary through ceremony and yoga philosophy with Sacred Inner Temple, a 5-week immersion led by Kristi Lyons, E-RYT 500 and LMT. Using the Shiva Panchayatana (five-deity altar) as a map, this series explores how core elements:Earth, Light, Water, and Fire—revolve around the central axis of Pure Awareness (Shiva).
Each 105-minute session follows a consistent, intentional layout: students arrive in silence to offer intentions at a central altar and receive a journal prompt and guided discussion inquiry for the day. The first 30 minutes consist of chanted mantra and mindful movement to transition out of the workday, followed by a 10-minute guided meditation. The core of the class is a 40-minute philosophical discourse centered on deity symbolism, yoga mythology, and cited Vedic texts, followed by an open discussion. Each evening concludes with 15 minutes of pranayama and restorative Yoga Nidra for deep integration. Register by April 15th for the $123 early bird rate; standard tuition of $144 applies thereafter.
